Final Approval Granted in Hill v. Xerox

On March 3, 2026, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington granted final approval of a $9.1 million settlement that was obtained after 13 years of litigation. More than 5,700 call center workers who were not paid for all time worked will now receive all wages owed plus interest. Payments are expected to go out in early May 2026.
